In-home Film Session || The Lazar Family

It is such a joy to document a family in all of their milestones. From their pregnancy announcement with big brother Luka to baby Ollie’s 2nd month earth side, I’ve been there to see it all.

This time, they decided to capture this new chapter all on film and I love the nostalgic feel to it. The newborn stage is hazy and unpredictable just like film, but also full of color and light, just like film.

I love photographing a family at home. You can get really authentic moments that you can look back on for years to come that will take you right back. You can have moments such as your kids playing together or doing their favorite activity, or even you rocking your baby to sleep like you do every day. I love getting to capture those moments for families because each stage of your child’s life is so special and moves so quickly.
